To ensure proper waterproofing of the SingleHook FLA (2004416) roof hook designed for use with clay brick roofs with flat tile roofing, the use of our metal covers with aluminium 3.0205 (EN-AW-1200) butyl strips is required. Two metal covers measuring 300mm x 260mm are required per roof hook to ensure adequate watertightness. Colour: Red.
The K2 SingleHook FlatTile is perfect for fastening the K2 system components on flat tile roofs. The roof hook has a slotted hole for SingleRail mounting. The K2 SingleRail mounting rail can be fixed to the SingleHook FlatTile with a T-bolt M8x20 (1002387) and a flanged nut M8 (2002744). Two metal roof plates (2004282 or 2004440) are required for each roof hook. With a total height of approx. 144 mm and an bracket of 75x4 mm, this roof hook is a perfect solution to securely and efficiently fasten the K2 system components. The roof hook is made of Magnelis 1.0242 (S250GD+ZM310), so you also get a durable and high-quality fastening.

The self-drilling hexagonal sheet metal screw 6x75 is used to securely screw the K2 SpliceFoot to wooden formwork. It comes including a mounted Ø16 mm sealing washer and is approved for sheet thicknesses from 0.40 to 2.00 mm for steel and 0.50 to 2.00 mm for aluminum. Clamp thickness is 1 to 40 mm on wood substructures and 16 to 55 mm on steel substructures. Material: A2 stainless steel/bimetal with an EPDM gasket.

Quick and low-cost with direct lateral connections to the rail including customised height adjustment.
The SingleRail mounting system for photovoltaic assemblies is suitable for roofing with pan tiles and corrugated fibre cement or corrugated sheet metal. The roof fastening is done using roof hooks or hanger bolts.

Scope of application
We offer roof hooks for almost all clay tiles, pantiles and concrete tiles. 80 % of all applications can be solved with our SingleHook 3S or 4S. Even with difficult rafter distances you can build perfect solutions with SingleBoard 3S/4S or SingleBoard. The SingleHook 3S long is installed for tiles with a larger overlap and can therefore also guarantee the use of the SingleRail for larger tiles. For higher load requirements we offer the SingleHook Alpin. You can also choose between roof hooks made of aluminum or stainless steel. Our SingleRail system can also be installed with on-roof insulation by using different screws.

For corrugated roofing, such as Eternit, we offer hanger bolts for wooden substructures. They are available in many different lengths and in diameters M10 and M12.
All are equipped with a sealing and they have an abZ certification in Germany.

We offer various clamps for standing seam metal sheet roofing. This allows you to build PV systems on almost all of these roofs.

- Round seam (Bemo, Kalzip, Aluform, Rib-Roof Evolution)

For bitumen roofing, installation can be carried out with the SpliceFoot.
By fastening in the rafter and in the wooden boarding, the installation of the SingleRail is simple and uncomplicated as usual. Sealing with the butyl layer pre-mounted on the component has the advantage that a secure and watertight connection to the bitumen roofing can be guaranteed.
